When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 3 to 4 business days. Following dispatch, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 weeks, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that during peak times, processing could extend to up to 6 business days prior to dispatch. Even though we strive for efficiency, please note that we currently do not offer pickup points for collection.

My order is incomplete?
Due to our diverse storage locations and partnerships with various producers, it is possible for you to receive your products in separate packages. As such, there’s no need to be concerned if all items do not arrive simultaneously. Our delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 weeks, though some packages may arrive after this estimate. If you don't receive your package within 45 business days after placing your order, we will promptly issue you a full refund, and you may also keep the item when it eventually arrives. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Rest assured, you won’t need to return the product; instead, we will directly refund your order amount in the form of a voucher.
